UltraCare was established in 2014 by a core group of founders that proudly remain with the Company to this day. The business originated as a consultancy group, providing healthcare organizations valuable recommendations and implementation strategies to improve upon both the quality and financial performance of their current anesthesia models. As this initial business flourished, we discovered that similar management and financial decisions were being conducted by those groups seeking our assistance. This confirmed our belief that many companies models of operation were becoming less compatible in the changing landscape of healthcare. To not only survive, but to flourish and be resilient required adaptation and flexibility, and this became one of the core tenets for UltraCare Anesthesia Partners.

With their talented group of clinicians, UltraCare employed this management knowledge, and expanded into the full-service company that it is today. We proudly provide anesthesia services in a variety of settings, including university and community hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers and office-based practices. While our clinical division experiences steady growth, the Company has never lost sight of its origins. We continue to call on our years of experience, expanding our consultation services into larger regional and national healthcare systems and providing medical-legal services to both new and existing clients.
