As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Reilly is responsible for the clinical operations of the Company as it relates to its clients and the patients that they serve. Dr. Reilly has been American Board of Anesthesiology certified since 2006, and has worked in a wide variety of clinical settings providing him the vital experience needed to fill the role of CMO for UltraCare. Prior to joining UltraCare, Dr. Reilly served as Director of the Department of Anesthesia for a multi-division hospital system, requiring him to manage recruitment of physician and nurse providers, resource and schedule management and to continually evaluate financial impact of staffing related to OR utilization.
At UltraCare, Dr. Reilly has been instrumental in evaluating the pre-existing structures of anesthesia services and guidelines, recognizing areas for improvement and implementing them into our clients centers without disruption of work flow. This work has included the establishment of pediatric pre-operative risk guidelines, the implementation of pre-operative medication protocols for adult and pediatric populations, and the establishment of orthopedic pain-management and regional anesthesia protocols at several of our clients centers. Dr. Reilly is integral to the on boarding of new physician candidates to UltraCare.
