As a founding member of UltraCare Anesthesia Partners, Nicholas provides a vast breadth of knowledge in New Jersey health care statutes and associated financial regulations. He frequently speaks at events surrounding the state and federal implications on anesthesia practice models and policies. His expertise in practice management and financial affairs spearheads the Company’s goals of continually improving managed care contracts and anesthesia practice models to insure maximal financial benefit to our clients.
Nicholas is the current Executive Director, Legislative Affairs for the New Jersey Association of Nurse Anesthetists and is an Adjunct Professor for the Rutgers School of Nurse Anesthesia. Nicholas was a proud recipient of the 2018 Divas and Dons in Nursing Award, which recognizes outstanding contributions by nurse leaders in the State of New Jersey.
