As a founding member of the Company, Cheryl’s efforts have been integral to UltraCare’s growth and continued success. She serves the vital role of working directly with the center directors of the Company’s current and future clients to identify and implement cost saving measures while maintaining the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction. As the primary clinical liaison, Cheryl has integrated APN-Anesthesia practice into office-based arrangements as well as free standing ASC’s, insuring that policy and procedures align with current regulatory statutes, while also educating the clients on anticipated changes to statutes. As an education director for BLS, ACLS and PALS certification, Ms. Gamble is frequently found teaching courses at the many centers that UltraCare serves. Cheryl implements policies and educational courses to insure all providers receive hands-on AED and crash cart education, as well as drills for malignant hyperthermia and code scenarios. Ms. Gamble’s efforts insure the safest possible environment to both the patient’s and the clinical providers.

As the American Association of Nurse Anesthetist State Peer Advisor, Cheryl has implemented policies for the prevention of drug diversion and peer assistance. She is also an Adjunct Professor for Health Sciences at the Wilmington University’s Department of Nursing.
